These terms are a simple agreement between you and SurfDay for using sssurf. By using the app once it launches, you agree to what follows.
01Using sssurf
sssurf is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial language learning. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or access it through automated means.
02Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use.
03Content & progress
Lessons, audio, and learning materials within sssurf are owned by SurfDay or our partners. Your learning history belongs to you — we simply store it so your progress follows you across devices.
- You keep the rights to anything you create or submit.
- We keep the rights to the app, brand, and course content.
04Availability
We're working hard toward our July 2026 launch, but features, pricing, and availability may evolve before and after that date. We'll always give reasonable notice of material changes.
05Liability
sssurf is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SurfDay isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under applicable law.
